Application Policies

  • All forms necessary for application are available by clicking below and requesting enrollmexnt forms.  

    • Application Fee

      • After completing the application, a non-refundable fee of $125 must be paid at the time of submission.  

    • Important Documents- The following documents are required for admission and can be submitted with acceptance 

      • Church reference 

      • Records Release Form - giving signed authorization from the previous school to send to FAA

      • Copy of your student's birth certificate

      • Physical form & immunization record (before the first day of school)

    • Student Testing

      • Testing is required for grades 1-12.

      • PreK and Kindergarten complete a screening with one of our staff.

      • We will arrange a time for your child to come in and complete testing. 

    • Family Interview with Principal 

      • this is an opportunity for your family and the campus principal to get to know each other. 

    • Acceptance & Enrollment 

      • the Registrar will notify you if your application is approved for enrollment.

      • You will receive instructions for completing our enrollment form, tuition payment schedules, and important school nurse information. 

The application form must be signed along with the signed Statement of Faith and Objectives; the signed Statement of Application Commitment, Statement of Cooperation, and Statement of Financial Commitment.

 

Applications will not be considered complete unless all required criteria, including all forms, fees, evaluations, and interviews have been completed. The application fee will be deposited immediately and is not refundable.
